What exactly do we do to rectify this?

They’re killing us right now.

Generally speaking, our defending over the piece has been perfectly acceptable over the past 2 games, yet individual defensive errors are leading to goals.

Drop players? Tactics, shuffle the pack? Tough it out, back the players and hope we stop making them?

Any suggestions?

Players need to start getting dropped when they are consistently costing us wins
Gray has said he would do it Now he needs to follow through
If he feels we need another couple of free agents in with money earmarked for McCowan then do it if we can identify better players

It was the same last year. It makes me feel sorry for the Managers because how do you combat it?

Get better, less error-prone, players.

Been happening for years, nothing to suggest it's something that's going to change this season.

Yeah it’s not hard.

Competition for places and a manager who isn’t afraid to make changes to a back 5 that have shipped 11 goals in 5 games and haven’t won a game yet / kept a clean sheet.
