Seems to have been dropped by his agent too.

No idea what he's meant to have done but hopefully TNT and Talksport follow suit and ditch him so we don't need to listen to him ever again.

Having people like GL with a platform and being willing to talk about issues that matter well beyond football is important.

Folk might balk at his annual salary, yet there are players in the PL these same people watch every week earning that in almost a fortnight.

He's worth his salary if, for no other reason, he'd command that, at least, from Sky.

Neville gets around that amount and Jamie Carragher earns over £1m.

His salary wouldn't even be mentioned if he didn't voice his political opinions in public.

I see Jenas has somewhat inevitably given his 'exclusive' to the Sun. The usual 'seeking help', 'let myself down', 'two sides to the story' etc etc.

Not totally sure what the exclusive is in all this. 'Deluded middle aged man throws marriage away for cheap thrill and is sorry because he got caught' is a story as old as time.

Agree you have got to assume they wouldn’t be complaining if they were genuinely consenting. A pretty poor apology on that basis
