Will be of interest to those who contributed to the endeavour back in the day and were wondering as to the whereabouts of the board of contributors after it was removed from FF concourse. Good to see a refurbished version back in situ within the stadium.

Great to see it back. I'm on there somewhere - though I can't see my name in that photo.

Is that the actual board, it looks like it’s papered to a wall? Was the original board not wooden and in the FFL lower concourse

Certainly was, interesting to hear where the original board is now...£100 was a considerable amount back in the day, as it is still today.

Yes, where is the original board? That’s not a refurbished version, it’s completely new.

That’s very nicely done by the club.

Somebody had posted a close up on Twitter of part of it and happened to be my initial, could see both my name and my late Dad’s as we both did it separately.

When was that again, around 1989/90? Suppose £100 was quite a lot to me back then when I was only 20 but was working full time so wasn’t a stretch.

About 1994 / 1995, I think. When there was first talk of moving to Straiton. The £100 was to help afford doing up Easter Road.

If I'm correct I recall the original board having a wooden/ mahogany frame, white background with the names written in green. Have a horrible feeling the original board might have been accidently damaged and skipped! ...

I paid to have my old man's name on the original board and I always felt good knowing his name was displayed in the place that he loved.

I've asked previously what happened to the nice old wooden framed Hibs 100 board which graced the FF lower, but nobody ever gave an answer.
KP can you maybe ask around to try and find out where the original Hibs 100 board is as I'm sure there will be quite a few of us who would be interested in an answer about this.

The Trust have the original boards in our collection but unfortunately the wooden frame fell victim to some over zealous builders pre covid!

Thanks for posting that HHT, I thought that might have been what had happened to the original board and as disappointing as it is, these things happen.
Thanks very much for your update 👍

Thanks for posting this. I take it the original boards are damaged beyond repair, which is a pity.
Managed to find my name on the new display in the 3rd column.

No, it was 1995.
Are you maybe thinking of the Hibs 50 club?

Thanks for clarifying, my late father in law had his name on the original, would love to get a picture of it and the new one showing his name.

Thanks for posting this as I never knew the original was not now in its original location, but at least now I know where to find it!
On a similar subject, the original HSL members were not only promised their names on the yellow strip, but also on a Board in the Stand Concourse. Any idea if such a board exists anywhere?

Appreciate the closer pic. I can see where I am now.

Anyone know the significance of the numbers next to many (but not all) of the names?
