Digital Ticket Download

New functionality this season gives supporters the ability to download digital tickets they have for any upcoming events directly from their online e-ticketing account.

This will become useful should a supporter forgotten/lost their ticket/season ticket or deleted their email confirmation.

If you have your season pass downloaded already from email - all good to continue as previous years ✅

I did think that I was downloading a single game when I clicked on it , but it appears exactly the same as last seasons in your wallet, I'm slightly confused by the OP, too

I haven’t received a plastic version, but the email with the digital link was pretty clear that I was downloading for the season like previous years.

You had to pay an extra fiver for a plastic version.

Maybe it expires after we use today and we need to download again. It will be a PITA if that’s the case.

I took the post to mean this was for one offs and you can’t download your season ticket via this option, not that you couldn’t have done so via the email the club sent out with the digital ticket.

Those that have their season pass downloaded will be sorted for the season and carry on as normal ✅

There is the ability to download season ticket pass on a match by match basis following the above but unlikely scenario/less need for that.

I have both mine and dads Seaton ticket in my Google wallet

I just done the instructions above and I can also download a ticket for today's game (and the next few home games)

I'm assuming that's to be used only if we "lost" our digital season ticket?

Surely we don't need to do both?

It’s clear - if you forget your physical ticket or can’t access your digital season pass then you can download a one off pass for a match.
