I think this comes down to the fact that transliteration of different alphabets might have a 'more correct' answer, but probably won't have a single definitively correct answer.

It's Kuharevich as far as back of the jersey and team line ups go, remember having this conversation when he was first here and it's probably as others have suggested been an ambiguous translation of the Ukrainian into English that causes a mixture of the two.
