This is amusing and reminds me of the sort of thing Ronnie Barker used to do.

It's very cleverly put together using an existing children's story and a children's song where the different verses replace all the vowels with one single vowel. German humour is usually quite cerebral but they do like silly too, this seems to be a bit of both.

My first thought was that it sounds like something from the "Fantastischen Vier" who have been knocking about since the 80's.

Don't judge me but I like them. :greengrin

My son is 10 months old and he absolutely loves Barbara’s Rhubard Bar.

He goes absolutely bananas every time I put it on and no other song has a similar effect.

My boy was similar but with "3 Craws".

On a similar note, I recently saw some t-shirts where everyday German sayings were translated literally into English. See if you can decipher what the actual meaning in English would be?

1. "You go me on the cookie"

2. "Now we have the salad"

3. "I think I spider"

4. "Now butter by the fishes"
