Digital Season Ticket

As I was downloading my ticket for the Watford match, I thought I’d try to download my DST for the coming season as well .

It seems they won’t be available and that they have to be downloaded on a match by match basis.

Seems a strange way to go, expecting people to download it up to 19 times.

I hadn’t read anything about this so I’ve written to the ticket office to see if it’s correct or if it will change nearer the season KO.

That’s incorrect, don’t think they have sent the digital ST link out yet at least they haven’t to me. Once available it will be a once download to wallet for whole season. They will be available sometime in July.

Ticket office have confirmed it will be only DST and not per game as the site suggested.

I opted for the extra fiver for a physical ST card.

A belt and braces strategy as i wouldn’t enjoy the blind panic of forgetting to charge the phone and heading off to ER with a battery on 2% and hoping it lasts long enough.

I'll be getting a physical card but that’s purely because I did my own ST and my dad’s ST in the one transaction and he wanted a physical card. It seemed to just apply it to every ticket in the order. It would be good if you could just select specific tickets to apply it to in a group order in future.

What does the QR code on it provide? All I'm getting when scanning is the associated number which is the one printed below the QR.

you get one email per season ticket sent to the main group holder normaly, you just forward the appropriate email to the group members . my email has my digital ticket only. will get everyone to check their inbox/junk mail and see if they received themselves seperately but usually id receve all 4 and have to forward them on.

and just on checking with folk as i type they have received them seperately.

The email specifically says you can't share the digital ticket - I've copied and pasted the exact wording below. But I've always sent a picture of mine (the digital QR code) to family/friends/people I hate and it's worked fine. Can I not do that now? The Google wallet thing doesn't let you share it anyway, I've just noticed.

Anyone know?

You can still send a screenshot to friends/family and it will work. You can forward the email and they can download to their own wallet. I can share mine from my wallet on iPhone too.

They stoped that on Apple during last season. Ive just checked and the share option is no longer there for season tickets and passes.

Just send the original email, and they can add it to their apple account.

Got it - you need to go into the wallet. It doesn't work from the front screen double tap that brings up all the cards.

If anyone is still waiting for a digital season ticket - I emailed the ticket office this morning about not having received my son’s, and they had it sent to me less than an hour later.

My ticket was in my junk mail along with the Queens Park tickets I bought that I thought never arrived so got hard copies at the stadium. Never thought to look at junk mail🙈 Not sure why the emails are landing in there now.

Yeah I posted a few weeks back that my ST was found in my junk mail. Most but not all emails from Hibs are going to my junk mail, they never used to.
