You get it for free as a ST holder but it’s a seperate digital ticket that you can download from the confirmation email.

That's exactly what happens!
That's what was confusing me "easily done mind" till the penny dropped!
It's a digital season ticket this year, unless you paid for a new card.

You can resend the email from your account. I’ve had to do it a few times over the years when I didn’t automatically get one.

Yes. I’ve never had a problem before. I’ll have a play about and pop into the ticket if I can’t get the ticket to download.

I got mine through the online ticket site, after selecting my usual seat I had to enter my payment card details although the ticket cost nothing
