Hibby son setting off from Perth (Oz) to Euros - supporting pals on Charity Cycle

Cammy's first season without an ER ST last year after moving to Australia. Then after a few months away, he heard one day that a popular member of his friends group had tragically taken his own life. Craig was in a group of lads that had previously cycled to Paris for the Lighthouse Perth Mental Health Charity in 2023.

So in Craig's honour and to raise more money for the Lighthouse, a group of 13 lads and 2 lassies are cycling 'the next leg', from Paris to Cologne. As Cammy was working he couldn't take part so is flying from Perth (Oz) to join them in Germany.

It was such a moving cause that I thought it might merit a separate thread, in case any generous Hibbies would consider donating the price of a pint or cocktail. Craig had courageously started up his own cocktail bar in Aberdeen but sadly things had got too much. He was just 25.

Sorry to hear that.

As someone who suffers daily from poor mental and physical health I can relate.

So nice to hear his friends are doing so much in his name.
