Maybe 30 years ago Hibs asked supporters for £25 I think to keep the club afloat. They made a wooden board with contributors names on it. I don’t think there were very many but my name and my son’s were there. Does the board still exist?

Hibs 100 Club. You had to pay a minimum £100. Raised £250k. It was to help
With building FF stand. Eventually money was used to help fit out west stand changing room and backroom areas .

Board was taken down by
Dempster circa 5 years ago and got damaged . Hibernian Historical Trust
Were ment to be refurbishing it. I believe its

I got a certificate to confirm my contribution and I’ve still got beside my old share certificate

I donated to the fund. Have never seen the board,but others have told me my name is on it. Hopefully it can be refurbished and displayed again.

I donated as well. Sure it was £100. Can’t remember the last time I was in the Famous Five stand, but saw my name up there years ago. Didn’t know it had been taken down since. Wished I’d taken a photo of it now ! :thumbsup:

There was a Hibs 100 badge that was issued at time of donation, pretty sure it was based in the “Saturn” styled badge. Used to have it in the car, stuck into the sun blind. Don’t know where it is now though. I’m sure it was a donation to help build the new FF stand, but as someone else stated it was used elsewhere.
