I'd say the 3-4 foot putt is probably the harder one. Sure, with a penalty you've got somebody actively trying to stop it, but the target area from 12 yards is relatively huge, whereas no two short putts are the same, with contours and wind speed playing their part. Some are fiendishly tricky. Nerves, of course, play a key role in both penalties and putts.

There is no return leg this year - they are playing 8 random teams once each in a 36 team league. After all games, top eight teams go through to the last 16. 9th-24th play each other in a two legged play off to see who makes up the rest of the last 16. 25th -36th are eliminated.
