2023-24 hibs.net prediction league: results and an announcement

The final standings are in - joining Argylehibby in 1st place are Jim44 and SickBoy32, who finish 2nd and 3rd respectively. The admins have been informed and you should recieve your £50, £30 and £20 in clubstore vouchers shortly.

In addition, it with a heavy heart that I announce that I'm going to step down as the organiser of the league from this point on. I've greatly enjoyed doing this for the past five seasons, but unfortunately with the birth of my daughter late last year I simply haven't had the time to run things as efficiently in the past. A number of you have noticed and commented on the lack of updates to the leaderboard; it's a fairly lengthy job and with my greatly reduced free time I've had to stagger publishing it, usually for weeks at a time. Given this, I think it would be only fair to pass on the running of the league to someone who can give it the attention needed.

If you'd like to take over organising then get in touch either here or via PM and I can forward you on the specifics. Whoever takes over is absolutely free to run it in their own way, of course, but I've a fairly complex Excel doc which I use to keep track of anything which does make the job a wee bit easier. We'll likely go on a first-come, first-served basis but if there's a lot of interest you can fight it out amongst yourselves. :wink:

Again, thanks for your interest in this over the last few years and I hope it gave you something fun to do on matchday.
