Apologies as there must be a post on this somewhere but I can't find it.
There's loads of negative info around the above but surely there's some positives?
Can someone explain to me why here......
And here ...... are SEZ's?
I thought when Broxburn and Livingston were announced as SEZ's it meant the whole area but these are effectively a couple of small bits of ground, 1 in East Mains and the other in Eliburn, Livingston. What's the reasons for this apart from the obvious subsidies you get for opening an SEZ?
