2 managers in a season is a disgrace and the players should be ashamed of themselves. Particularly senior players, some of whom have been here for a while now (not Hanlon and Stevenson).


Hopefully there is a proper gutting of the squad in the summer.

I’m very ****ing angry with the players. We seen in the flurry of good performances like Celtic at home that they could manage a fighting performance, but Sunday in particular they gave up.

Completely unprofessional and there’s not a player I wouldn’t be unhappy to see released.

With the budget & size of the club we belong in the top 3 or 4 surely. Decades of mis management, poor on field & off field decisions. We shouldn't be scrapping around the bottom of the league in 9th ffs.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out. They will know they are in a no win situation. Play well and they haven't been giving their all or play as the huddies they have been all season.

The problem now with the players is that any new man will want to see what he has got and maybe will not get rid of so many , Montgomery said we had 50 players and need a pool of 25 plus youngsters but how can the new man know who needs to go unless the club has already got someone lined up and he has been watching.

but there will be 10 less players in 5 days time and only 7 of the remaining 35 players are over 25 so a large chunk of the squad are young developing players.
Next summer 20 of the current players are out of contract so at worst we will have a large squad for one more season.

Yep. I'm not saying they're without blame, but I think a better manager with a clear idea of what he wants them to do will get much better performances out of them.
