I am positively delirious with our esteemed managers post match interview as it turns out that we are indeed on a positive trajectory, which means all the nay sayers can now get a peaceful nights sleep, secure in the knowledge that our manager has everything under control and the good times are just round the corner. I am delighted to hear and accept his version of events as he is clearly the man for the job.*

Reminds me of the Yozzer (RIP) scene from Boys From The Blackstuff when in his depressed jobless state he speaks to the local priest saying “I’m desperate Father”. “Call me Dan” says the priest. “I’m desperate Dan” comes the reply. Cue something or someone getting nutted.
