Has anyone heard if these three pillars of our club have been offered any kind of coach/ambassador/road to badges type deal?

whilst I accept that all good thing eventually come to an end, it does not therefore mean that we have to cut all ties.

I really hope they will be seen in and around Easter Road going forward in some capacity.

I think looking at the Lewy and Paul announcement it says to me they're away to keep playing potentially.

At the sponsors night on Wednesday it was made clear that while Joelle is retiring, Stevenson and Hanlon are not.

Joelle staying as a coach. Lewis going across the bridge to play / coach. Paul has a few offers.

Would expect in the case of Hanlon and Stevenson they’ll have new employers relatively soon.

That's a shame. Would have loved to have seen them given the Gray/Daz treatment where they transitioned into coaching roles, but perhaps its not for them at this point.

Not having a go at the OP here and appreciate the sentiment but we can't just keep giving ex players coaching roles because they were good servants/legends or whatever you want to call them. That won't automatically mean they are a Premiership level coach. I want the best coaches at Hibs regardless of their background.

I understand your comments, I just feel these three pretty much embody something that has disappeared from the modern game, would like to see something concrete (sic) to recognise their loyalty to Hibs over the years.

it feels like a defining moment is all. who knows maybe the club have something planned

you're absolutely right, but you have to forgive folk for feeling particularly sentimental about these two. absolutely love the pair of them, and Lewis is probably my all time favourite player for Hibs.
