Just seen that not one Scottish referee will be offiating at the euros in Germany, we have been saying that the referee's have been poor for years,so hopefully the SFA will take action

Who was the last one we had at a major tournament? Collum and Beaton in France 2016?
The one I recall was Dallas screwing USA against Germany in 2002.

Doesn't surprise me, even the Europeans recognize that they are cheats,to hell with them.

UEFA don't need / want individuals who are open to corruption and susceptible to intimidation?
I'm a bit surprised tbh, I'd have thought our cretins would have been quite useful to the brown envelope brigade.

Scottish referee's, at best incompetent, at worst corrupt

Makes perfect sense, it's impossible to see how they will be able to award sevco a penalty at this tournament. Completely out of their comfort zones.

As the old football quote goes, we were lucky to get Nil. Apart from corruption and incompetence there is inconsistency and my biggest pet hates making themselves the centre of the game and actively supporting anti-football. Scottish football could be improved dramatically with decent officials

You would have expected Hugh Bonkle from Dallas to be favouring the USA as well!

Try telling that to Dundee United who were stitched up by a French ref having taken Roma bribes.

Sacrificing opportunities to referee at major events takes second place to serving their Sevco masters and they appear to be happy with that.

Think Thompson did them a turn when they wanted Malaga out a few years back v Dortmund. Lino who ruled out Jordan Forster goal heavily involved. Wonder if he sent a text to Malaga apologising like he did Butcher.

I can imagine they'll take one look at the Holland strip and immediately form an allegiance

Beaton did two Europa Conference League matches this season.
Robertson one early Champions League, one Europa League, 3 ECL games.
Collum got one CL game, one in the EL and a couple in ECL as well as one Euro 2024 qualifier between Moldova and Albania.
No way these guys are getting anywhere near a major tournament.

They are lucky they got any European games at all. Dreadful standard of referees here now

But only as a tribute to the Huns Dutch players and with absolutely no sectarian connotations whatsoever.
As has been done with the Huns away kits.

Why did they want Málaga out?
There were huge financial issues at the club and some mentions of impropriety

So Uefa had a ref fix a match? Interesting.

Aye. I mean, I watched the match, he was dreadful. It's one of the most infamous champions League refereeing performances ever. First I've heard anything about it being fixed.

There will probably be ref's there from Albania or kazakstan before our cheats.
It'd damning that none of our lot are there, and tells you everything you need to know about them.:furious:

Fair enough. Could well be something in it. I think there is a lot we don't know about how fixed football is, or how common cheating is (drugs etc)

Without question. Very corrupt game like most top level sport particularly when you look at how corrupt the awarding of world cups and Olympics have been.
