The thing crumbled like it was made of paper. Think this is a wake up call to Americans about the atrocious state of their infrastructure. There will be dozens if not hundreds of bridges across the US in a similar state.

On the day it was completed that bridge would not have withstood that hit. I don’t think this is evidence there was anything wrong with the bridge.
Something clearly wrong with the boat though.
