I'm currently working on my undergraduate dissertation about how digital media has impacted football journalism, with a specific focus on match reporting.

I get all my football media digitally. Don’t think I’ve purchased a newspaper since 2016 when I picked up a few to keep as souvenirs of the. Cup Win.

You can consume printed media digitally of course. Pressreader which you can get for free with a library card allows you to read most papers digitally in the form they were printed
