OK it didn't go our way this evening, but until we shot ourselves in the foot we were well in that game, even with a couple of key players not having the impact you hope they will .. IE Newell and Marcondes. A couple of weeks ago we were very unlucky to lose to Celtic and we should have won at Tynecastle.

IMO We are just a few players away from being not just able to give anybody in this league a game, but beat them .... Get things right in the summer and next season could be very different from this one :aok:

It's the hope that kills you. Rash decisions by our players, some that don't even turn up for games and consistently disgraceful referring decisions what chance do we genuinely have ?

Like you I hope with a little positive tweak in the transfer market over the summer with a few new faces in the right positions & finally fighting our corner with the powers that be we may see a long awaited favourable upturn in our clubs fortunes.

Disna e matter how many players we sign for the start of next season. We just aren't allowed to beat either of the ugly sisters.
The game in Scotland is ****ed

I'm not disagreeing that refs are a factor mate. But the truth is that the Uglies do get beat. In fact just last week they both got beaten.

I recall beating both of them on the way to the League Cup final against Livvi. I recall beating the Sticky Buns in the 2016 SC final.

Nobody is pretending it's easy. But we can do far better against them, dodgy refs or not, and signing a bit of quality in the summer WILL make a difference.

Only in Scotland you get a straight red for no contact. Games ****ed simply.
