What’s everyone’s thoughts?
Keep it the same?
Triantis in for Rocky?
Youan in for Vente to stretch the game?

Same team as Saturday if all fit and well. Best we’ve played in ages, don’t piss about with things unnecessarily.

I read that Levitt is available again and unless there's a injury or someone's ill , surely it's got to be the same team again. Think it's our strongest team tbh .

Same team please. Youan off the bench second half could be brilliant too.

Would probably keep the same team, but an argument could be made for Levitt or Amos coming in for Marcondes to make us more likely to win the midfield battle, would be very harsh to drop him though.

I'd love to hear the argument for dropping Emi

Could we see Cadds on the bench?

Levitt and midfield battle are two things I've never seen in the same sentence before for a start.

Levitt? Battle?
Same again as Saturday for me, with Youan and Amos coming off the bench 2nd half.

Absolutely no way should Triantis come in for Rocky. Judging by what NM said about Rocky at the AGM, thankfully I think he realises this too.

Same team as last week, only questionable position for me is LCB as Hearts will target Rocky again if he starts.
Really need Newell not going his usual Tynie disappearing act tonight.

Same team if possible, Levitts decent enough coming off the bench.

What did he say?
Weird that considering he knows Triantis he’s brought him in but doesn’t class him as better than Rocky.

Especially for Levitt in a midfield battle. I'll be gutted if Emi's dropped for Levitt.

Traintis cost us 3 goals in 3 games so I suppose whatever he thought previously may have gone out the window...
Cant make any changes to the team IMO.
Youan should only come on if we are chasing a goal.

Really need Newell not going his usual Tynie disappearing act tonight.
Last time we played them there he got serenaded by the fans singing his name at full-time.
It's just utterly relentless with some people. At least until it goes wrong before you jump in with your tired old rubbish.

Same team as Saturday with Youan coming off the bench second half to provide the magic
Not a night for Jair or Levitt in my humble opinion Amos looks as though he could be useful going forward but still rusty

I really like the look of Amos, thought he done really well again on Saturday.
Presses the opposition, makes tackles, composed and plays passes quickly. Excited to see him fully fit

I'd love to hear the argument for dropping Emi
Having him, Vente, Boyle, Maolida all in the same side at Tynecastle looks a bit lightweight on paper.
Marcondes is quality but in the St Mirren game and at times against Dundee I felt he was struggling with the physicality and niggly fouls of the opposition, which is only going to be worse against Hearts.
I'd probably go with the same team as Saturday but wouldn't be opposed to getting another central midfielder in there to help out.
Levitt and midfield battle are two things I've never seen in the same sentence before for a start.
I've been one of Levitt's biggest critics this season but he tackles and intercepts more than Marcondes would.

Fair enough, but I want our best players on the park, Emi is that, dropping him weakens us

Maybe the Ref will spot Squareheid punching Rocky in the throat this time?

He won us a penalty and was crucial to the second goal against Dundee. Dropping him would be negligence on behalf of the manager.
Levitt is nowhere near Emi's standard. We've got MW and Newell to make the tackles.
Re being lightweight Vente can hold his own and Maolida is an absolute unit. We need the front three to be mobile and quick.

Bang on,
We need to play to our strengths, let them worry about the threat we pose.
We ain't lightweight, not even close.

Same team as Saturday.
And certainly no dropping the best player in either squad to make it a battle or whatever. Derbies are often decided with one defining moment or one bit of class in a mire of mediocrity and it would be mad to drop a guy capable of producing that.

If I was forced to make just one change then I’d take off Vente and replace him with Amos. Put them a front 3 of Boyle, Maolida and Marcondes to rotate across the line.
