Upgrade from child ST

My son can't go today so was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to upgrade this to an adult ticket for the day?

If you need to do this again in the future just e mail the TO and ask for a call back to upgrade. They call back pretty quickly and can do it over the phone. I’ve done it a few times with no issues

I thought officially season tickets weren’t transferable

But unofficially it’s okay as long as the ticket is for the correct category eg adult

Just saying this as my Dad has his ST and my Mum is taking mine and she was a bit worried about someone checking - I said it wood be fine

So is it okay for someone else to use your season ticket if you can’t go?
