I think he could turn out to be a real star here.
Absolutely brilliant at his age to have moved 3 times to different countries in search of opportunity and game time at only 18!! (mind he does look 25:greengrin) Different languages and cultures yo contend with but he comes across with a quiet confidence particularly when asked about where he likes to play... as a striker! looks powerful and I think / hope he will get more game time than maybe many think

Looks an absolute unit for his age.
Shows the difference in youth development when you see guys like him and Rudi etc coming through compared to Deeks etc, even Porteous and Doig hardly had any muscle on them

Our new Malonga ☺️ really excited about this signing - will have something to prove and looks strong and physical too.

Doesn’t seem to be much footage of him online which is unusual but I’ve seen quite a few Sunderland fans on Twitter saying he’s really good.
Looking forward to seeing him play.

Where do you think he’ll play Bingo, further forward than Vente, or behind him
Must admit I know nothing about him

On the bench 😃
I think he’s been brought in to replace Doidge and McKirdy as an impact sub. Where he plays will probably depend on who he’s replacing.

:agree: I agree... BUT I expect him to make an impact and push for a starting place. A quick strong player that can dribble and be direct will be a handful when coming on when defenders are tiring
