Not a problem, put your own business into liquidation, fans walk away (whilst singing we don't do walking away) job done.

Debt avoided, victim gets nowt then start again as sevco 2 and be welcomed in by the Hunnish types and other cowards who run Scottish football.

And every club in Scotland other than Raith Rovers cheering them back in.

And every club in Scotland other than Raith Rovers cheering them back in.That's how it works, the walkers away walk back singing about No Surrendering and the mediocre guys in the blazers carry on, ably assisted by most of the clubs in Scotland.

Must have not copied it correctly:

https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/mr-j-mcalister-v-the-rangers-football-club-ltd-4105408-slash-2023

Edit to add, I think it may have been reported in the Daily Record with more of the backstory, but I'm certainly not going clicking around on there to find it.

Is that a fake... or does the Employment Tribunal just do really bad spelling?

Judgment is the correct legal spelling if that’s what you are referring to.

Just read the ruling, pretty unbelievable way to treat a member of staff.

Their statement today also has a proper feeling of having a dig at the guy.

“The ex Dundee and Greenock Morton midfielder, a lifelong Rangers fan, has won a legal battle against the club.”

How dare he.

I see Rangers are “trialing” cutting allocations for away fans
For the visit of Livingston in February, they are putting the small band of away supporters in the club deck in the main stand

As Livvi only will only bring a few, I’m hoping they only do this for the likes of Livvi/Ross County etc
I sincerely hope they don’t do this to Hibs, as it’s probably only Hibs, Hearts and Aberdeen who sell out the approx 900 or so we get

While they say that it’s only for clubs who don’t bring a support to fill the 900 and there are no plans to change the allocations for those who do, I really can’t say I believe that.

I think part of the stadium reshuffling and additional seat installation will see visiting fans removed from the lower corner altogether and relocated to the worst seats in the house up in the top tier in a far end, and reduced from the 900 to just a few hundred. Can’t see them chopping and changing every week depending on opposition when another 900 seats could be sold as ST’s.

If only David Murray had actually been serious when he came up with the plans to fill in the corners (despite the club being close to bankruptcy at the time)

While still bams those ST holders are less likely to throw crap at the away support. The bit that surprises me is that there are available seats up there. They are probably giving up some hospitality

seems to be. Nicked from somewhere.

“The spelling varies based on whether you're writing UK or US English. In US English, “judgment” (no “e”) is the only correct spelling. In UK English, “judgement” (with an “e”) is standard, but “judgment” is used in legal contexts.”

Is it possible to get away fans up there/down from there without them having to use the same stairs as the home fans?

No change to away fans being held back after the game then. 😉
