Password Change

I've been trying to change my password for about 3 days now. I'm currently logging in with a random generated one. Despite (almost) changing it 3 days ago I can't see how to do it. I remember a prior post which said go to Actions from Forum but Actions doesn't appear on my desktop!
Help please!

On the top bar there should be a drop down menu marked 'forum actions'. In that select 'general settings' then in the side bar there is an option to change email and password.

Sorry for delay in replying. As above I can't see anything marked forum actions. When I go to forum the drop down menu does not contain actions.

Thanks, the Action tabs came up on my phone but not on my desktop. I just tried to change but couldn't as it says 'invalid token was used'. I have no idea what that means but I'll keep trying!
