Randomly started thinking of songs that remind me of Hibs that aren’t your traditional songs. I guess all things proclaimers would be that but what random songs remind you of a certain period or match?

Personally I think of:
Freed from desire from 2016
Chelsea Dagger from the league cup final 2007
Teenage Kicks for the Mowbray era

I phoned my Wife and she said it was the Killers with All These Things I Have Done and it played through from Rob Jones Header to end of the game highlights and I think with Jones and Brown lifting the cup

Mind that being sung, as a young laddie, at Brockville when we were in the first division 1999.

Hate to rain on the parade but... surely if you adapt a song to mention a club, or a player, then it's technically a football song?

:dunno:

That applies to most of the songs mentioned so far.

We'll meet again by Vera Lynn. Sung to the Jambos in the last derby before they got related late 70's. Ironically Hibs went down the following year and Hearts came back up, only to get relegated again the following year.
