Help! - Car Bodywork Damage

Done a stupid thing recently and scraped my car off a wall - damaged the bodywork and a few scrapes on the alloys (never drive tired).

Anyone know any good (but reasonable) bodywork specialists in Edinburgh???

Can’t recommend a body shop but for your wheels I’ve used Pentland Powdercoating out at Polton, Lasswade a few times always had good results and reasonable pricing.

There was a place in sighthill industrial estate that does bodywork repairs, not sure if they only do insurance work or not (high may still apply if you’re going down that route), I think it was called Bennett’s. Been a long time since I was there, and mines was insurance so not sure how reasonable the cost was. But they did a good job

How extensive is the damage? If you have a good ChipsAway franchise near you then maybe worth a call. Some of them do take on bigger jobs than the normal smart repairs.

I actually left photos on the chipsaway contact form a couple of weeks ago and they said someone would would call me from the local franchise within 48 hours - never got the call! Will give a couple a call.:aok::aok::aok:

Thought I'd found one in Leith, drove down on Saturday and it was closed anyway!
