I like the way Hibs are trying to play but feel we have lost opportunities in games by strange substitutions when we are dominating games: Dundee, Ross County, St Mirren spring to mind. Vente taken off last night when we need players who can hold the ball and manage the game. I do feel we are on the right road with Monty.
