I think it's all restaurants but you have to book the table using their VIP line.
At least that's how I've done it in the past, and I've never yet had to show my actual ST card.

Does anyone have a list of the discounts that your ST gets you? I lost the wee booklet that came with the ST card. Can’t see anything on the website.
