Might seem a strange thing to compliment today after 14 corners with no goals but thought Newell and Boyle delivery were terrific throughout today.

We were in line with the goals at the away end and the amount of chances we had from these in the first half was unreal. Either poor finishing, good defending or lacking a bit of luck stopped us scoring.

Our set pieces have been great since Montgomery came in, very varied and a few have been very close to coming off. Certainly making the most out of them instead of just lumping a corner into the box every time.

Thought the delivery was good. Newell should have done better with the one played to the edge of the box first half and Fish should have scored second half.

Yeah I think in future if we're having a player running on to it at the edge of the box newell might not be first choice.

Said to the folks next to me that it felt like we were getting heads on the ball at attacking corners all the time, because we blazed multiple over the cross bar.

On another day we're scoring at least one of those.

Also noting that we seem to have a few select "training ground" routines from corners that we roll out at least once a game.
