Seems reasonable.

I was a bit worried it might be higher, with Rangers still being in the tournament.

Anyone know how many tickets each season ticket holder can purchase as want to sit beside a couple of friends who are non season ticket holders.

Based on the last couple of trips to Hampden I'm going to guess it will be 2 each. Nothing confirmed yet but really no reason for that not to be the case.

And that’s what it should be for the first few days before public sale
Folk will suggest unlimited as we won’t sell out, but ST holders should get first dibs on the best seats

Agree with that.

Just read that Hearts allocation for the semi v the huns is only 18000 ( May rise to 20000).
Apparently it’s because they can’t split the north stand.

Funny how they can split allocation 50/50 when it’s old firm.

Stadium not fit for purpose or just corruption?
I k now it’s Hearts and we could laugh but.

Just corruption. We will be the same if we are in the final against the Thes. A neutral stadium has to have a 50-50 split. If one club doesn't think they can sell all theirs then talk about it and maybe hand some back.

Hearts are being deliberately misleading by saying its because North can't be split, of course it can, its being split between us and Aberdeen FFS. If it was split for the other Semi, then when Hearts inevitably fail to sell all their tickets it wouldn't be possible to give Rangers a further allocation without sitting them in sections of East Stand between the Hearts fans. There's absolutely nothing to complain about, in fact with a bigger portion of the South they are getting more of the best seats than the Huns are.

Someone is telling porkies. Since when could the North not be split 🤔

I think it's the case that it can only be split right in the middle for some reason. It's always split like that for finals.

I'm sure that was the reason for Rangers getting the whole north in their initial allocation against us a couple of years back. There was the situation a few years back when we played Celtic (5-2 was it?) and they asked for more tickets but there would have been a block of Celtic fans in between 2 blocks of Hibs fans so it couldn't be done and a whole area was left empty when there was demand for tickets. Since then the whole North goes to whoever is getting the bigger initial allocation.

Tbh I don't mind allocations being cut for semi finals. The historical precedent is there that us, Hearts and Aberdeen just don't take great numbers. It shouldn't be used as justification to cut final allocations though as there is equal precedent that we can easily shift a 50/50 split for these.
