Thought this deserved its own link / thread :aok:

Lets you get your own insight into how new coaching team are and found more interesting than anything Ive heard so far.

I think Monty struggled to look happy most of it and was always looking for more - ive no worries about the kind of standard hes looking for

Raimundo looks like he might scare Neil Lennon :greengrin. I don't think he will take any messing. Liked him talking to Jair & Ellie in their own languages and giving very specific coaching / motivation... When Miller got challenged and stayed down he was bellowing at him to get up (and presumably back in shape) tough love .

Great to see how much SDG was involved as well and all working as a team.

Loved seeing bench (subs etc) looking like they cared and rooting for team on pitch

I really liked Raimundo coaching in Portuguese, then French. What an advantage that is.

After big Mixu left Hibs i got to know him through youth football (his son and my grandson in same teams)
Mixu spoke at least 4/5 European languages.
It was an advantage on the pitch playing along side other European players at Hibs at the time.
No need to cup hand over mouth when conversing.
Shouting in French or Spanish "ma ba',Russell/Franck'" might have confused many a defender !:greengrin
A definite plus and as for Raimundo getting the message quickly and without misunderstanding to players.
And perplex the opposition dugout:greengrin
Superb

Impressed with Monty’s coaching but Raimundo looks like the man. Like him.

Anyone else already getting the feeling Raimundo will take over from NM after he has a successful x amount of time in the job and goes to the EFL championship?

I know gut feeling don’t always come true but there is clearly something about this guy.

Getting very ahead of ourselves here 😂

Im impressed by everything I’ve seen from the entire coaching team and I’m cautiously optimistic that we might have found a little bit of bite to take into games against hearts which we have been lacking since Lennon left.

ffs, can we not just enjoy the here and now without already thinking about when the manager leaves...? He's only been here a fortnight!

Nobody is suggesting that a manager being successful and moving on is an insinuation that you / we should not enjoy the here and now.
