4-4-2.... he made that clear. We as fans have plenty arguments about formations so was very interesting to hear him talk about his preference and the effect it can have on teams / players - looks like he is going to get his wish with Monty

I have always rated him as a player (and took pelters for it on occasions) but its been good to hear more from him as a person in last couple of years - seems like a really likable guy and you can see above his play why successive managers have wanted him around.

Love that he is so open about being a Brum fan - were are so used to scots pretending / avoiding who they suupport/ed (normally OF :rolleyes:) and still sounds like the young kid that went with his Dad when he talks about them.

Listened to it earlier today. What a great insight and Joe came across really well. Top job from the hosts too, some really good questions
