Here's some stats from the start of the season . Defense seems to be the problem for us so far this season with some bad goals lost . Hopefully Monty tightens up our defence because we certainly have the forwards to hurt teams if we do !

Not seems to be for me but is the problem. With a bit of lack of midfield protection. I think Monty as a player was a defensive midfielder im pretty sure we'll see a pick up in performance in those area pretty quickly. Fingers crossed.

Your probably right in Monty will have us better organized at the back and defending in numbers when we need too . Cutting out the defensive mistakes would go a long way to having a successful season . Scoring hasn't really been the problem as we have more scored more than hertz and Aberdeen. Suppose it's trying to find the right balance though.

A lot of it is mentality which Monty is apparently big on. We've got half decent players at the back its just that you can gaurantee at some point in the 90 plus minutes they will switch off. They will have to step up because Monty wont accept that. Pretty sure we'll see defenders come in in January.
