Surely timekeeping could be the first thing where computers are used more. Ref has a button he presses and then time is off, double that up with a signal so the crowd knows and a clock then keeps everyone up to date with where we are in the game with all games finishing bang on 90 minutes or at the end of a passage of play after the 90 like Rugby.
