I see we’ve got a couple of fixture changes due to teams playing in Europe
Aberdeen home now Sunday 3rd December and Rangers at home now Sunday 17th. The date for the Rangers game is the day of the final of the Viaplay Cup Final, so if any of us get to the final, this game will be moved to a midweek game

The away game v St Mirren on 4th November has alterations been postponed as one of us will be in the League Cup semi final

I want to come up for the Celtic game at the end of October but Im guessing there's a good chance this might get moved to Sunday and be on TV.

Makes trying to make travel arrangements and booking accom challenging!

Just announced TV games and that wasn't on there. Either was the PBS derby.

Not totally guaranteed. It could still be moved for one of their PPV games

Can't believe the league cup final is a week before Christmas. Expensive enough time of the year already.

Will be an expensive couple of days. Match tickets, travel, bevvy pre match, celebratory bevvys post match, taxi home from George St, bevvy and travel for Leith Links the next day…

That means no pay per view either as its 3pm on a Saturday.

Youll be there Pat if we make it! I know I will. Winning it would make my Christmas.

I will but I pity my wife if she thinks I will still be able to afford a Christmas present!

Got a son and 2 grandchildren with birthdays in December as well.

Do clubs not have a set number of games they can move for PPV, or is that now scrubbed

Move the kick off to 12.30 or 5pm

5 a season I think
Still time for this game to be changed

Sky actually mention it in their article as a coming up but then list the fixtures and they’re showing Rangers away to someone in the Sunday instead.

We moved the last one that was supposed to be at 3 to half 12 for ppv. So possible Hearts might do the same

I’m on about our game against Hearts on 7 October. I think Hearts will be looking to use it as one of their PPV games

So am I and I agree.

Read the sky article and as I say they say “also coming up the Edinburgh derby on 7/10” but then they don’t list it as a chosen fixture.

They are bound to move it which is annoying. 3pm KO on a Saturday is class.

If the grunts did move the derby for ppv would the game still be on Saturday?

Baffling as to why the TV broadcasters would not want to take the Edinburgh Derby.

In the light of the Old Firm doing away with away fans altogether, or a token handful, the fixture has become diminished as as a spectacle. The Edinburgh Derby is now the premier fixture on the Scottish fixture list for me. Proper old school derby.

What will they showing instead? Celtic away to St Mirren or some other snooze fest?

Close.

It is St Mirren at home, but you'll need to guess who they're playing because it's not Celtc.

But Sky isn't interested in the main game of the week which is crazy.

Not great getting games moved but hopefully we can take full advantage of games against any of these three, particularly if they have played away from home.

Ah, the other ones.

We must have the least imaginative broadcasters in Europe.

Sooner we get this Sky deal to **** the better. That or us and Hearts include a clause in the next contract obligating them to show the derbies.

Folk seem to moan when our games get moved for the telly but then also moan when our games aren’t on the telly.

I’m all for the bigger games staying at 3pm on a Saturday. Just hope the clubs don’t move any for PPV

The Celtic game at home on 28/10 will most likely get moved wont it?

We never play them at 3pm on a Saturday but no movement yet it would seem

Aberdeen are away in Finland on the Thursday before our game in December, the Huns away to Real Betis. Celtc are at home to A Madrid on the Wednesday before the game at the end of October. Should hopefully take advantage of the two in December.

Sky have already picked a game for TV that weekend, Killie v Aberdeen on Sunday 29th October
Will Hibs move for PPV

Can’t get my head around why Sky ignore one of the biggest fixtures in Scottish football. Their coverage is woeful, usually it’s just an uglies away match regardless of other fixtures but not covering the Edinburgh derby seems very strange

No idea unless they are limited to the number of times they can show a Team
I’m happy with Saturday 3pm ko’s though

Agreed :agree:

We're constantly being told how bad the TV deal is but whenever it's moved from the sacred Saturday 3pm slot to be on TV it's the biggest scandal to football.

For anyone planning anything btw I would be 90 percent certain that our Derbies or matches vs Old Firm that aren't selected for TV broadcast will be moved for PPV by the home club. So don't get too excited yet that it's staying the way it is.
