Absolute horrendous elbow on Youan, in the first half, i couldn’t believe it when VAR, didn’t intervine.
Definite red card.

Probably won't even get a mention on Sportscene.

I think somebody at Hibs, maybe SDG, should be talking about this assault and protesting about the referee's pathetic response.

As a club, we really need to be more vociferous in highlighting issues like this.

They sat and looked at it on VAR too, it's not even like the missed it, they actively decided that no action was required

Only saw it once but did Duk not punch Miller deliberately?

As clear as red as your likely to see

Same ref and var in Don's game when they contrived a penalty.when Duk dived again. Should definitely be getting asked big time. Could easily have resulted in broken nose or cheekbone

Yeah I thought that was worse than the other one. VAR seemed to look at both. Dodgy!

That's a brutal foul. Intention is to hurt an opponent.

We'll be lucky if there will be any time allocated by the BBC to show highlights of today's game.

The annoying thing is that the compliance officer can't look at it. Which is a joke of a rule.

The Duk one on Miller second half was even worse!

Could easily have resulted in broken nose or cheekboneThat Duk is a blatant cheat btw, dives at every opportunity he finds himself in the box and I've yet to see him booked for simulation once in every game he's played us.

Clearly under instruction to rough up Youan. Connor MacGregor would be proud of that hit.

He’s actually led with the elbow. How can they not see this? Just shows how amateur our officials actually are when they deem that only a yellow.

Said it on the match day thread but a forearm to the head is a straight red in rugby never mind football

When you look at the foul that cancelled Sevco's goal, how VAR wasn't all over that is incredible.

It was var that disallowed the goal

I reckon the ref saw the wrestling at Wembley last week, got confused and thought it was OK to do it at a football stadium.

That's what I mean. It's mad that VAR looked at the foul on Youan but didn't see a red, but saw a foul in that Rangers goal.

Highlights on now and they never showed the incidents

Highlights on now and they never showed both incidents

Now if Ryan Porteous had done that the trial by media would have lasted weeks. I don’t think it is being paranoid that referees don’t like Hibs. The Jeggo yellow card after the leniency shown to McGrath and Shinnie was another example of their bias

Shambles of a programme. Definitely sets the agenda for future decisions imo. Can remember Boyle getting pilloried for diving yet Duk dives every game and no comment. The Youan one was definitely a red and why no replay is a joke.

You're not being paranoid. The red card incident is left out on purpose. As you say if it had Porteous or even Hanlon there would be a full scale witch hunt.

Great post totally agree definitely an agenda.

I never used to think this way but Boyle and Porto were definitely subjected to an agenda - despicable for the latter who was an up and coming youngster and totally undeserved - all seemed to go quiet when he featured and played very well for Scotland- shame on them all.
