I don't think that SDG will have had enough time to coach an exciting new style into the team yet, however I just hope we're better organised when it comes to defending out wide. So far this season it looks as if we've not worked on defending enough and everyone's second guessing themselves.

Nothing compared to the time lost in building up a decent squad and getting us to the level we should be at. A decent manager last season probably gets us 3rd place.
