Has anyone else’s villa tickets still not arrived? I tried to phone the ticket office, but no one answered.

Email them, they hardly ever pick up the phone but are usually good with emails. I have only got tomorrow to collect mine as I totally forgot on Saturday.

Think any uncollected are being taken down to Birmingham but you could also select to have the posted out

Tickets purchased before 3pm on Friday 25 August will be posted out 1st Class to the lead booker.
Tickets purchased after that time will need to be collected from the Ticket Hub.

All tickets MUST be collected by 4pm on Wednesday 30 August.
