What are they all about?
Planned or an admission that he’s got it initially wrong?

Makes no difference, same group of players have seen off loads of managers but we still keep them.
Johnson is part of the problem but we need to shift on some deadwood.
Was just 1 sub was it not?

We only made one sub at half time.

Are half time subs that unusual?
I'd always say that tactical subs before half time are eyebrow raising but half time is the first natural break where you might want to make a reasonable and sensible change, rather than it necessarily being an admission that something went wrong with the initial selection.
Especially with there being the ability to make additional subs now in certain competitions I quite like one or more of them being used up quite early on, making full use of a squad.

Can kind of understand it in the early days of LJ, where he was forced to work with a bunch of players brought in failed managers, but this is now "his team", his players and there's no reasonable excuse for so many HT changes - other than he's got his selection wrong or his players are just not performing for him. Smacks of a squad of players that the manager cannot trust, which shows in results.
