Whether it’s Ben Kensell or the Gordon Family the last two managerial appointments have been disastrous.

I’m prepared to cut Kensell some slack. He was part of the team who hired our last two managers and neither look like being good appointments. However he recognised the structure wasn’t working and pushed for a DoF to be appointed. Revenue is up dramatically since he became CEO, something LD had taken her eye off the ball on and we have properly backed our manager, a manager a number of people were saying should be given a chance.

If we get rid of Johnson I expect the hunt for his replacement will be led by BM, a guy with plenty of experience and very good contacts in the game.
