Comes in for a lot of stick from the noisy, but tiny minority. I think he was a really good signing, he’s looked the part, albeit has been stretched a bit against rangers in particular when they moved the ball about excellently.

We are a better squad and team with him there.

You’ve never kicked a baw in anger clearly, not at any decent level anyway. Great player, quiet and efficient. If his passing was better he’d be a £10-15m player

I think Jeggo has a job to do in the team and he does it well . Noticed in one of the pre season games he was very vocal on the pitch which is a good quality to have aswell .Think he's a good player and decent guy who's well liked by his teammates . All positive when it comes to Jimmy Jeggo for me :thumbsup:

Really adds to the team and we are better with him on the pitch. He was great in Blackpool for the young boys, you could see him leading them well.

He is definitely a player who I want in my squad. Not sure I see him as a starter in games we expect to win but there is always something to be said for winning the battle first and he is probably our best player in terms of hassling opponents and getting a foot in.

Jeggo has very little footballing skill, but a fabulous footballing brain. He relies on amazing anticipation rather than biting tackles to win balls. He’s a really interesting player to watch.

He may be the nicest guy on earth but that has no bearing on his ability as a footballer. He is a dime a dozen player that excels at nothing, which combined with the other mostly average players in midfield was a large contributor in our inability to control games last season.
