Have emailed Motherwell but still not heard anything.

I had this as well - Im on their system because I bought a ticket there last season, but I'd no idea (and couldn't find) a reference number. Got round it by re-registering with another email address.

I had the same problem, wouldn't accept a change of password after I called Motherwell ticket office to get my client ref, I had to call back and she done it over the phone though I got "We don't normally do this but I will this time" patter. I never got to choose my seats but I did get them emailed to me immediately. Shambles of a system to use. Best to call them rather than email, I never got a response to my email.
