The most entertaining player i’ve watched at easter road, for a long time, we all want hibs to win every game, and play well, but it’s much more enjoyable, if you are entertained as well.
Loads of things he can improve.

I thought yesterday he was still guilty of trying to do too much himself in the first half, but in second half he was really good.

Really hope we can get a full season of him and Boyle on the wings cause defences won't be able to handle them and Youan is only going to get better

I wondered if he is playing on the right because the plan is to play Boyle through the middle. Lots of promise from Youan but he really needs to look a bit more interested in his defensive duties. He was very poor the other night particularly early on before coming on to a good game when we started to control the ball. He has the energy to do it but not the concentration or application

I think Johnson said at the start of pre season that Boyle would be handled very carefully to limit the chances of reoccurrence. Said he was likely to be kept out of the first leg but may get time in the 2nd leg. Hopefully we’re a few ahead and he can come on to get some game time before the league opener.

Hope not. Boyle is much, much better on the right.

Youans defensive work has improved a lot since joining. Was amazing in the Celtic win.

Actually thought he tried to pass it a lot more on Friday night. Couple of switches that were decent. A lot of the time I don't even think he knows where he is going but thought he looked a bit smarter on Friday.

He’s a weird one to me.

Came in and appeared a good signing given his age, level he played at and amount of games.

For us he started off at the back then centre mid and then as a number 10 last season for the development team. The friendlies this year he’s played mainly defence.

Must be hard for a young player to really make their mark when getting moved about so much.

He’s genuinely brilliant, the kinda player you pay to see and gives you real entertainment. Rewatched his volley yesterday in the 4-2 vs Celtic and that quality and confidence just sums him up. Can’t wait to consistently have him and Boyle on the pitch at the same time. Two major threats on both sides, certain teams will be ripped apart.

Sometimes it’s not until players are gone, you realise how good they are,especially when their replacements are crap.
The laddie has tremendous fast feet, he’s rapid,and he’s still young.

I dont really think thats true - while every club that has any flair players will say it

I dont think Mckay or Ginelly at Hearts were booted out of games, Clarkson or Duk at Aberdeen or Boyle and Youan at Hibs

Of course they are fouled more than most but thats the nature of there play
