I just checked the site and looks like its a free for all and ST seats are not held for the initial period of sales, is this right?

I was expecting to go on and buy 'my' seats and just add the game to my ST seat

You have to login to your account. Your seats will then be showing so as you can purchase them.

You can do that until tomorrow i think. I did it yesterday.

I was logged in just didn't notice the 'reserved' seats in the account section! Doh! :greengrin

Seats are lying there just now for ST holders you can have them added to your card or opt for digital tickets

I was the same. Panic bought in another area.

They could make it a lot clearer.

It would probably have made more sense to wait until the priority period finished as loads of really good seats will become available. It might have been better if Hibs had had 2 priority windows. One for the East and West and one for the Famous five which lasted a couple of days longer. This would mean that any good seats not taken by East/West season ticket holder’s would then be available to FF season ticket holders before any public sale and also at the reduced price

Attendance for NSI Runavic game in 2018/19 was 12,500, there'll be empty seats in every section, sit wherever you like.

Took me 5 attempts this time!

It kept going back to the payment information even though I had filled everything in. I have a bank card registered to my account which automatically filled in the requested information. I finally got to the end by deleting my saved card and filling in exactly the same information again. Not had too much bother before though.

Yep this happens to me and Hibs keep saying it's fixed but it's not. I think it relates to debit cards being registered on Ticketmaster as credit cards. I have to add my already saved card every time I want to make a purchase then ignore the message that says it's already added. Not good at all!

I used to use my Mastercard to pay for tickets etc on club website.
Last few times get error message doesn’t matter how many times I try still get errors and end up having to use debit card not the best .

The ticket selling process has been pretty poor all round for this game. I’ve got a season ticket in the FF lower so ST holders in other stands had their seats reserved while mine wasn’t. Those who do have their seat reserved have to buy it before they know the date of the game. Sending an email to say tickets are on sale, days after they went on sale. I don’t think Hibs have handled this one particularly well.

You have to add digital tickets to your wallet. Its doesn't and cannot be added automatically. The digital ticket they send you should have a button that does that.
