They look superb. Presumably going in the boardroom or something? Would be fantastic to have something outside the ground.

Would look great in the main foyer of the west stand.

They look really good. I was expecting something abstract like one of Henry Moore’s!

Doesn't need said as we all feel the same, but I get all reverential whenever the topic is those guys. It must have been amazing watching them destroy everything in their path. I'm much too young (!) to have seen them but they are a huge, huge part of my pride in this club.

Out of interest is the bust of Canon Hannan still in the reception foyer at ER?

It's got a lot better in recent years but I've always felt that ER could still do with a bit more 'Hibsing up'. Tha aforementioned, the Famous 5, Pat Stanton and Tom Farmer all taking pride of place as you enter ER would cover a huge part of the history and legacy of the club.

Yeh. Wish they’d been around in 1965. Then I’d have seen them and the Tornadoes 😖

Have to say, wrong date aside, it's brilliant stuff, so talented.

Couldn’t agree more. The playing history is what makes the club special and recognising them so important.
In their own way the artists are displaying equally incredible talent

They look great but why are they all different sizes. I'd presume they would all be together as that was what was so special about teh Famous Five.

Fabulous, exciting, innovative team.

They should have won 5 titles instead of 3. Two of them were lost to Rangers by the tiniest margins and I blame hearts. Even the FF had an infuriatingly bad derby record…

The sculpting is now complete and will now be cast in bronze in the foundry for the finished works.

Wonder if the sculptor/club will offer miniatures ?

Do we know what the plan is for these? I think I actually like them better than full-sized statues. Don't think I've ever seen a really good football statue.

My dad and my grandad saw them regularly, home and away. For my dad it was the first Hibs team he watched so he became understandably a bit jaded when the standards weren't maintained!

I’d loved to have seen Gordon Smith play in his prime.
I don’t think it’s possible to appreciate just how good he was without witnessing but his biography written by his son- well his brilliance just shines through.

The Man United one's pretty good.
