Anybody having problems with this recently? I'm finding it almost impossible to get connected these days.

The newer buses don’t have it yet. It runs of something called an AVL, they are in the process of updating to a newer version so they didn’t install the old system in the newer buses. Eventually all the buses will have the new version and obviously the new buses are being done first. It’s quite a slow process as apparently it takes 2 people around 6 hours to fit the new system.
