Paid last week and red message vanished, just logged on and have no access to PM board and getting adverts.

Your membership is definitely active and shows as running until June 2024.

If you try logging out then back in that may resolve the issue. If that doesn't work then PM me and I'll have another look.

Hello, just renewed my PM, logged out and back in but still no access to Private. It might just be a time lag as literally only paid about 10mins ago but thought I’d post to see if I just need to wait or if an admin can sort it?

Sorry about that. I’ve checked from our side and it should be there. We will keep looking but in the meantime could you try from a different browser?

I had the same issue when I was using my phone but when I tried from my laptop it worked so if you haven’t already give that a try.

I had a look and your account looks fine. Can you try a different browser? Are you paying with PayPal or bank transfer? I can update your pm status if you just send a payment and let us know the name to look out for on the bank account. You can pm me if needed.
