After many many years sitting together with my sons one who is visually impaired and another visually impaired female supporter with myself and another gentleman sharing commentary duties for them both, i have inadvertently managed to miss the renewal deadline. On calling to renew the seats we have occupied since the East stand was built we were informed that they have now been re allocated (understandably) Despite the best efforts of the ticket office who asked the new occupiers of the seats, they were unwilling to be relocated.

Outcome is we will now have to find somewhere that hopefully is surrounded with persons with the same understanding as we used to have in East stand Row H seats 144-146.
So if Janet, Jeff, George, Liam and the rest of you in that area read this, thanks for your support, understanding and friendship at matches. I'll make an effort to catch up with you pre match or at half time to fill you in with the details of my cock up.

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Unfortunately this was always going to happen this year - the previous seat release dates in 2022 were 31st May. This season it was 31st March, extended to 7th April. Such a big difference was always going to catch a few people out.

What I will say though is the club phoned me direct to ask why I hadn't renewed 1 of our seats yet, as the deadline was approaching. Did they not call you? From my perspective they did an ok job of getting the message out but I'm never far from my phone / emails.

Hope you manage to get seats that suit and you & the sons make pals in no time.

There is a fan liaison officer in the ffl who helps two fans who are blind.

Helps them up and down the stairs and gets them their radios for listening to the game on.

Round about row j seats 58ish.

Maybe the club can put you in contact with someone who does that?
