My membership automatically renewed and I have the email from PayPal but I now don't have access to the PM board. Any admin about to help?

I had a renewing private membership since 2007 or later. I can't remember cancelling it although my use of the Board lapsed when I was taken ill at ER December 2018. If an admin could advise I would be very grateful GGTTH

Why do we have so many issues with Private Membership? People renewing and then having access issues seems to be a very regular issue?

For year after year I had problems linked to PayPal. I now pay directly into an account with links to Hibs net., with no problems. It doesn’t seem that this issue will ever be resolved.
